Description

This Level 2 course module has been developed to teach Task Analysis as part of the CIEHF Healthcare Learning Pathway

CIEHF and CPD Accredited Course

Having completed this module, you will be able to:

  • apply Hierarchical Task Analysis to decompose safety-critical tasks and identify specific task risks.
  • demonstrate use of HFE theories, methods, and tools for analysis of systems (including process), tasks, workload (physical and mental) including mental models, communication and anthropometry.
  • demonstrate an understanding of the principles of HFE and human-machine interface technology including hardware, software, internet and network-based technologies and social media.
  • recognise the scope of personal ability for HFE analysis and when it is necessary to consult and collaborate with different professional experts.

Please note:

You must have completed the Learning Pathway Level 1 e-learning prior to booking. You will be asked to present your Level 1 certificate when attending any Level 2 training modules.
