The UK SCALE Centre Supply Chain Strategy & Leadership Retreat is a focused two-day residential retreat for senior and emerging supply chain leaders, taking place at Loughborough University on 8–9 October 2026, with an optional arrival and networking dinner on 7 October.

The retreat provides the time, expertise and focused environment to step away from immediate operational pressures, examine a live strategic challenge and reflect on your own leadership practice. Drawing on evidence-led supply chain expertise, experienced practitioners, trusted peer perspectives and Loughborough’s high-performance culture, you will test assumptions, explore the trade-offs between competing priorities and consider how you lead yourself and others.
