Intake assessment and analysis of client needs (90 mins) – This session presents an opportunity for the practitioner to outline the aim and scope of sessions, gain a deeper understanding of the performance question and/or current issues and establish goals of work together.

The initial consultation provides both the client and practitioner with the opportunity to explore the performance question of interest and any presenting issues or concerns that are impacting performance and/or wellbeing. The practitioner will outline their approach to practice, the aim and scope of your work together and the goals that you have for sessions. Evaluation may include key aspects highlighted in the one-to-one conversation, consideration of selective psychometric assessments and observation of training or competitive performance, from which a bespoke schedule of training can be proposed.
