Data notice:

When you sign up to Music VIP, LU Arts will receive an email notification with the details you have entered into the upcoming form. Your email address is then stored on a spreadsheet, which can only be accessed by LU Arts staff. LU Arts will not share, trade or sell your data. If we need to share your data, we will always seek your consent first. Your email address is then used to send you the Music VIP newsletters. Please note that when you complete the online form, your data is also emailed to Campus Card, who then add access to your staff/student card so that you can access the music practice rooms.

Please note that due to coronavirus and associated guidelines there is a booking system in place for the practice rooms and new rules on the safe use of these rooms. You can find all the details here. You will not be able to just turn up and play.
