Detailed Description

Step into history and nature with an afternoon adventure to Bradgate Park, Leicestershire’s only Medieval Deer Park. Nestled in the heart of Charnwood Forest, just northwest of Leicester, this stunning 830-acre park is home to over 550 red and fallow deer and boasts breathtaking views of rugged landscapes, ancient oak trees, and dramatic rocky outcrops.
But that's not all - Bradgate Park is also the childhood home of Lady Jane Grey, making it a place steeped in fascinating history.
Whether you're a nature enthusiast, history buff, or simply love exploring wild, scenic beauty, this is a trip you won’t want to miss!

Trip Details:
•    Date: Wednesday, 19th February
•    Pick-Up: 13:30 from outside Wolfson School (Loughborough Campus)
•    Return: Leave Bradgate Park at 16:30. Arrive back to Loughborough University approx 17:00
•    Cost: Just £3!
